The Indiana Tech softball team is gearing up for another exciting season, and fans can now mark their calendars with the release of the 2023 schedule. The Warriors will face a challenging slate of opponents, with 54 games on the docket, including 26 home contests at the Warrior Softball Field.

Non-Conference Schedule

Indiana Tech will kick off the season with a trip to the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic in Fort Myers, Florida, where they will face six different opponents over the course of three days. The Warriors will then return home for a doubleheader against Concordia University Ann Arbor before embarking on a 12-game road swing that will take them to Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

Conference Play

The Warriors will open conference play on March 17th with a doubleheader against Madonna University at home. Indiana Tech will face each of the other nine teams in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) at least twice, with the regular season concluding on April 23rd.

Indiana Tech Softball Team is looking to build on last season's success, which saw them finish with a 35-19 overall record and a 20-8 mark in conference play. The Warriors will be led by a strong core of returning players, including seniors Emily Webber and Hannah Hoffman, who were both named to the All-WHAC First Team last season.

Home Games

The Warriors will play 26 home games at the Warrior Softball Field, including doubleheaders against conference foes Concordia University, University of Northwestern Ohio, and Siena Heights University.

Special Events

The Warriors will host several special events throughout the season, including a "Strike Out Cancer" game on April 1st against Concordia University and a "Senior Day" doubleheader on April 23rd against Siena Heights University.
